About

Operations shape outcomes.

Organized Solutions exists because excellent operational leadership should not only be available to organizations large enough to maintain a full executive operations team.

Founder

Roberta Snead

Roberta Snead is the founder of Organized Solutions, a fractional COO practice helping organizations across industries — including healthcare, legal, and beyond — solve operational problems and build systems that scale. She brings a rare, multidimensional lens to her work: two decades in healthcare, where she continues to practice as a nurse practitioner, and a director role at a medical device company, in addition to her consulting practice. She is passionate about problem solving — bringing sustainable, practical solutions to organizations that are relevant to where they stand now and built to carry them forward.

A Doctor of Nursing Practice, Roberta is double board certified in Family Practice and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, with her Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner training completed through the University of Pennsylvania. She has built a clinical career grounded in patient-centered, evidence-based care and later moved into medical device leadership, where she now serves as a Business Unit Director carrying P&L responsibility and leading cross-functional teams through growth and international expansion.

Roberta serves on the committee for the Surfaces in Biomaterials Foundation (SIBF), and in 2026 earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification alongside operations management training through Cornell University’s Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy.

Roberta lives in Minnesota with her husband and two sons, whom she adores.

Origin

Organized Solutions originated from experience in healthcare. The founder saw firsthand that operations are not a background function. The effectiveness of people, processes, accountability, systems, and leadership can dramatically influence whether organizations succeed or struggle. That principle proved applicable beyond healthcare.

Today

A founder-led fractional COO practice. We work across industries and business sizes, tailoring the approach to each client’s industry, size, and goals — without a one-size-fits-all playbook, and without necessarily hiring a full-time COO.

Direction

The work is building toward a boutique operational firm, with additional operational professionals, and — later — a recognized assessment methodology. That is the direction. It is not presented here as if it has already arrived.

Mission

To help organizations strengthen the operations behind the work they have already built, and to put in place practical, sustainable systems that support stronger businesses, stronger leaders, and lasting growth.
